All products are covered under the Manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty for the labor is only covered, if they are installed by us.

Warranty information is provided in their respective manuals of the fireplaces. We can provide the service required; however, note that additional charges will apply if any repairs are not covered by the warranty. For more information, please contact the service department.

Regular inspection and maintenance is essential for safe and proper functioning of the fireplace. Our service work has a month’s warranty on labor and 1 year on parts.

• Clean and check residue on logs and burner, if applicable
• Clean and check blower system, if applicable
• Clean and test thermopile, thermocouple and pilot assembly
• Inspect door gaskets
• Check flame characteristics
• Clean face and interior
• Clean glass
• Check valves
• Check ignition and switches
